A signal. A timestamp.
A track record.
A selective shortlist, with every call tracked for 24 hours.

5× means a USD price peak within 24 hours of the call, recorded by our samples or Pump’s timestamped ATH. It stays on record after a dip. Misses remain in the archive. Spot prices are not executable returns.
How tokens qualify, and how results are counted
Three fresh passing scans over at least two minutes, each within three minutes of the previous pass, are required; one failed scan in between is tolerated. Every check must pass: a verified native SOL Pump curve or canonical PumpSwap pool; pool age 5 minutes–7 days; reported cap or FDV $15k–$3m; liquidity of $5k on a curve or $10k after graduation; $1k five-minute volume, 12 buyers and 15 buys; 52–93% buy transactions; five-minute change +1–80%, and one-hour change −15–300% when available. Activity must show acceleration, sustained demand ($5k volume, 30 buyers, 56% buys) or early demand in a pool under ten minutes old ($1.5k volume, 20 buyers, 60% buys). Missing hourly data is allowed only for pools younger than an hour. We retain up to 12 promising early pools for additional checks after they leave the discovery feed, and we read fresh Pump graduations to PumpSwap directly from the chain and keep checking active ones for up to four hours. Graduation only adds a token to the watchlist; it must still pass every check.
Before admission, the native price must agree with the provider within 20%. Mint/freeze authorities must be revoked and unsupported token extensions are excluded. A top-20 account screen excludes the native curve/pool token vault, aggregates sampled accounts by owner and rejects a largest sampled wallet over 8%, a top-20 total over 25%, or current creator ATA over 5% of total minted supply. When creator fees go to a Pump fee-sharing configuration, every shareholder wallet counts toward that 5%. Where creator fees go does not decide a call: if the recipient is a program account with no wallet to measure (for example a social-account fee escrow or Holder Rewards), the creator-wallet limit is skipped and the largest-wallet and top-20 limits still apply. Copycats are excluded too: we never call a second token with the ticker of a call from the last three UTC days, and we search DEX Screener for the ticker and name; if a different token with the same ticker or name was created at least ten minutes earlier and already has at least $250k value, $20k liquidity and more value than the candidate, the candidate is not called. If that search is unavailable, the token is not called.
This is a bounded account sample, not a full holder graph. Linked wallets, original creator history and wash trading are not fully measured. These conservative rules have not been validated as a profitable strategy.
The entry price and timestamp are permanent. We check native reserves and one bounded DEX Screener pool batch about once per minute, including calls that leave Radar or the shortlist. If a market quote fails, a verified on-chain reserve price and a SOL/USD reference no older than 90 seconds keep existing calls updating. Missing volume or liquidity is not treated as zero, and price-only backup data cannot publish a new call. A call leaves the shortlist after two consecutive checks show a 50% entry-price loss, liquidity below $2k or five-minute volume below $50; the record states which condition applied, and the call is still tracked until its deadline. We also check Pump’s timestamped USD ATH on a rotating batch, at most four tokens per minute and no more than once per token every five minutes. Checks continue for one day after expiry to reconcile delayed data. Only highs inside the original 24-hour window count; an earlier lifetime ATH cannot become a win. A newer lifetime ATH outside the window may hide an earlier peak, and unavailable or unverifiable ATH data is left uncounted. A 5× peak is not a realized trade or a guarantee of liquidity.
Recent view includes today and yesterday in UTC. Choose a date to see every call admitted that day, including failures. Daily slots increase through the UTC day, with at least an hour between calls. There is no requirement to fill the quota.
Rules version 2. Every six hours an automatic review replays the last three days of logged scans under the current thresholds and each single-step change, scored on completed 24-hour outcomes. A change is applied only when the replay shows more 5× peaks net of 50% drawdowns, without a lower hit rate or a higher loss rate, from at least eight replayed calls, 48 hours of evidence and 24 hours after the previous change. Only the market-activity thresholds above can change, one step at a time within fixed limits; holder and authority screens, warm-up, spacing and outcome rules never change. Each call records the rules version it was made under, and earlier calls are never re-scored. Replays are an estimate: they assume unscreened tokens would pass the holder screen and use five-minute price samples.
